I was pretty excited when this mama asked me if I would capture their #1. Our husbands play on a local softball team together and she approached me one Sunday and said, “I’ve been stalking your page and really want you to do our baby’s newborn photos.” I mean. Gush. Who stalks my page? I kinda love that.

Fast forward some months to Brooklyn’s arrival. I had a lot of plans for her session but so did she. She pushed me to get creative and roll with her and we did. She has a nautical nursery hence the boat and her parents brought the “Blaze New Trails” blanket which I adore. I think we ended up with a beautiful gallery for Dad and Mom to cherish and I can’t thank them enough for trusting me with their baby girl. I love my job and always find it the highest compliment when I am chosen for these very first images.

Looking forward to adding another team player to our Sunday Fundays at the field.
