WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU?
I understand feeling nervous handing your precious newborn to a total stranger. I’m a mom and have cared for children of nearly every age. As a professional Orlando newborn photographer, your baby’s safety, comfort, and care are always my highest priorities. I’ve spent years investing in my education, training with some of the best photographers in the country through hands-on mentorships and continual learning. I’m intentional with every pose and every shot, and I strive to provide an exceptional experience from start to finish.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK A NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION?
WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR YOUR SESSIONS?
HOW LONG ARE NEWBORN SESSIONS?
Newborn mini sessions last 1–2 hours, while full sessions last 2–3 hours. I allow your baby to lead the session, stopping as needed for feedings, soothing, and diaper changes. Every baby is different, so each session includes poses and setups that your newborn is comfortable with. Sibling and family poses are offered with full sessions only, as these setups require additional time. HOW CAN I SECURE YOU FOR A SESSION?
I take a limited amount of sessions each month and sessions are not reserved until a client agreement is processed and a retainer fee is paid. Retainer fees are non-refundable. To begin the booking process, please reach out through my contact page to get started.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION WHEN I’M NOT SURE WHEN BABY WILL ARRIVE?
Newborn photoshoots are scheduled between 7–21 days after birth and are booked ahead of time by reserving your due date on my calendar with a retainer fee. If baby arrives earlier or later than anticipated, there is always room to adjust. Once your baby arrives, I ask that you contact me as soon as possible so we can plan a definite date and time. DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO OUR NEWBORN SESSION?
I provide everything for the session. In the planning stages, a questionnaire is emailed to you. I coordinate set-ups according to your answers. My studio has a wide variety of headbands, hats, bonnets, wraps, and props. If you have something special to include like a family heirloom, sports items, or military/law enforcement recognition, please let me know ahead of time so I can prepare accordingly.
CAN SIBLINGS COME TO THE SESSION?
Please only bring those who will be photographed to a session. If you purchase a full session, please bring siblings for the beginning and make arrangements for them to be taken home (shopping, to a park, etc.) once they are finished with their photos. Sessions can get long for the littles.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
After your session is complete, I typically post a sneak peek and email proofs within 48 hours. Finalized galleries are turned around in 2 weeks once images have been selected.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
All edited images are delivered via an online gallery. The gallery will be open for 2 months. A $100 fee will be charged to reopen a gallery after 2 months.
WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND THAT I PRINT MY DIGITAL FILES?
All of my packages include digital files with a print release. When you receive your final gallery, I list recommendations for printing.
